I have to say the “treatment” we have received thus far from Atrium has been exemplary! Being new to Atrium and the services provided thus far, I feel we are their biggest client when in fact we have just an “small monthly lease.” Once our lease was signed one would usually assume that you find your own way, we were wrong! Expected services were supplemented by small perks and assistance from the receptionist (Mallory) going the extra mile to assist with phone calls, all the way up to management (Kim) of whom returned all calls within the same business hour and reflected the same type of timely responses after the lease signing when it came to our needs or questions. Management (Kim) even helped us with items beyond the office such as parking garage explanations etc. Business dealings are not always pleasant, or a fun task. However, Atrium boasts the contrary when it comes to service and professionalism by being quick and efficient at replying to our needs (once again) before signing the lease, but most surprisingly “after the sale” sorta speak!
Last month I leased an office at your Granite Park location in Plano, Texas. I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how much I enjoyed working with a member of your staff, Jenna Pecor. I worked with Jenna during the entire process which included; making my decision to go with atrium, signing the lease, moving in, phone and internet set up, etc. In short, Jenna was nothing short of exceptional, while conducting herself in a very professional and friendly manner. I looked at many executive suites in the North Dallas area before making my decision and I can honestly say that it was Jenna that sold me on Granite Park. Unbelievable! I know it sounds scripted, but it is not. If you have ever rented office space, you know! Beyond the outstanding facility, the service of the staff, (their persona, personal touch, and professional support) is excellent. As a Quality Management, Education and Counseling Professional, their customer delivery is exceptional in today’s "me first" environment. We began with Cathy, and now Lisa is the same caliber. I have been a client of Atrium Executive Suites for over 4 years. Prior to making my decision to locate my business in their center, I shopped the lease space available from the local strip shopping centers. I found that the price per square foot in the strip mall areas to be way out of line with the start-up budget of a scratch agency. The business relationship with my company required some extensive wiring be added to my space. Atrium was very accommodating. Considering things like lease terms, modern professional facilities, plus the amenities available….receptionist, conference rooms, break room, clean rest rooms, janitorial, internet, utilities, maintenance, comraderie, and phone at an affordable price continues to make this the obvious choice for my business. As my business continues to grow, I’m going to lease additional space rather than move away.
I’ve been a tenant at this location for 13 months and have found it to be a great work environment. The facility is always neat and clean and this includes the usual suspect areas (bathrooms and kitchen area).
My home is 3 miles away and I have an office available there, but I office here because it provides no distractions and allows me to focus on the business needs of the day.
I moved my company into the Atrium on August 1, 2007. We have been more than pleased with the location, the facilities, and the services here at the Atrium. One thing I can tell you is the office management team has been wonderful. Kat is always a welcome face in the morning! She has always addressed any issues that I needed resolved in an efficient manner. Whether I have needed help with my office temperature, the internet, or even how to work the coffee machine, she is just terrific!
I enjoy coming to work each day and make a point of stopping by the front desk to “check in” with Kat or Angie. I like how Angie greets my clients and she is always upbeat and welcoming. There is always something fun happening here and Kat tries to help all the tenants network and get to know each other. And talk about fun? We have enjoyed luncheons, football pools, and door decorating contests (which we won!) just to name a few of them. The lobby is always warm, inviting, and Kat even decorates for the different holidays. I’m so glad that we chose to locate our business at the Atrium and I would highly recommend these offices to any small business that needs a more professional appearance.
My clients have made many comments about how nice our office is, how close it is to their homes, or the ease of getting here via the toll roads etc. The all inclusive rent is great because I don’t have to worry about paying additional bills for utilities, cleaning and common maintainence areas.
